Advances in Causes and Treatment of Male Infertility

There are about 40 million couples with infertility in China,and the causes of infertility of male factor account for about 50%. There are various etiologies of male infertility,including: the male reproductive system abnormalities,idiopathic infertility,drugs and lifestyle; evaluation of male infertility includes sexual history,history of disease,operation history and occupation factors. The treatments of male infertility include conservative treatment and operation treatment due to various causes. Indications,drug usage and side effects should be strictly mastered in the conservative treatment.
