Objctive:To investigate the curative effect and safety of Reteplase and Urokinase in acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods:98 patients with AMI were divided into Reteplase group(47cases) and Urokinase group(51cases).The recanalization rate, bleeding rate and death rate in 4 weeks of the two groups were analyzed. Results:Reteplase group had a higher recanalization rate than Urokinase group(85.1%VS66.7%),there was statistical significances between the two groups(P= 0.034).The bleeding rate and death rate of 4 weeks were lower in Reteplase group(6.4%VS11.8% and 4.3%VS5.9%),but there was no statistical significances between the two groups(P=0.357 and P=0.715).Conclusions:The curative effect and safety of Reteplase in the treatment of AMI are superior to Urokinase.
