Study on the Grafting of Vinyl Silane onto PE and Crosslinking of Silane Grafted PE

The main effects on the grafting of vinyl silane onto PE and crosslinking of silane grafted PE on basis of the principle of the grafting of vinyl silane onto PE and crosslinking of silane grafted PE were studied in this paper. At the same time, this paper have given out the resolutions of these main effects and the optimum experiential conditions, such as the choice of raw materials, the choice of various additives and the optimum experiential conditions, the choice of grafting and crosslinking technology, and the choice of the grafting machines. It also gave some relative results and experiences. At same time it came up with some suggests on following advance of this technology.
