Research on the clinical pharmacokinetics of irinotecan

Objective To discuss the pharmacokinetics of irinotecan.Methdods 11 cases of patients with colorectal cancer are treated with double week plan.Results The AIC and SC of 5 cases of are fitted with patients two-compartment model is less than the three-compartment model.The results of 2 patients is just contrary,more suitable for three-compartment model.The AIC and SC of rest 4 patients are greatly close with two-compartment and three-compartment model.Conclusions The metabolic process in human body of CPT-11 is both prescribed with two-compartment and three-compartment model,and is not be changed resulting for the combined medication.
