The Reflection on Consuming Upgrade Pulling Economic Increase

Economic theories and practice have proved that consuming upgrade surely pull economic increase and a lot of factors affect consuming upgrade so that positive consuming policies have to be carried out to lead consuming upgrade and to promote eco- nomic increase. Through historical review on consuming upgrade of residents in China, the paper analyzes many factors that consum- ing upgrade pulls economic increase, pointed out the difficulties of consuming upgrade in China, and brings forward many possible solutions to expanding consuming demand and pushing it upgrade and pulling economic increase.
