Determination of Salidroside in the Rhodiola Rosea L. of Xinjiang

Objective:To establish method for quality of salidroside from Rhodiola rosea in Xinjiang.Methods:By using HPLC method,the content of salidroside was determined Rhodiola rosea L.collected in Xinjiang.Results:The linear relationship of salidroside was good from 0.50μg～5.52μg/μl,Y=218422X-105038,r=0.9999.The average recovery was 102.63%. Conclusion:This method is accurate,simple and reproducible,and can be applied to the quality control of Rhodiola rosea.
