Clinical observation of using micro-dermabration combined with tranexamic acid in treating chloasma

Objective To observe the clinical efficenlyof using micro-dermabration combined with tranexamic acid intreating chloasma. Methods 96 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Each qroup had 48 cascs,experimentd group were treated with micro-dermabration combined with tranexamic acid; control group were only treated with tranexamic acid. Results They were all followed up for 6 months. The total effective rate was 86.67% in experimentd group, and 71.43% in control group. The difference of two gronos after stafistics was significant (P0.05). Conclusion The efficacy of using micro-dermabration combined with tranexamic acid in treating chloasma was obvions better than using tranexamic acid .
