Accelerated Reliability Testing and its Application

Accelerated reliability testing is an new testing technology that will improve the ratio of the cost and efficiency through the introduced accelerated testing condition. In this paper,the accelerated reliability testing technology is briefly introduced from the viewpoint of total life cycle management of weapons and equipments,and the role of accelerated reliability testing in the improvement of quality control of military products is discussed. The status of accelerated reliability testing research is presented,and the recommendations on how to promote the research and application of accelerated reliability testing are provided.
