The irrigation influence on maize microclimate in the Crisurilor Plain conditions.

The paper based on the results researches carried out during 2007-2009 on the preluvosoil from Agricultural Research and Development Station Oradea. The microclimate is characterized by de Martonne aridity index (IdM) and Domuţa climate index (IcD). The irrigation determined the improve of the climate index values. There are a better quatification of the link between microclimate conditions and water consumption, yield and protein content of the maize grains using the climate index Domuţa (IcD) in comparison with de Martonne aridity index, the explanation is more vegetation factors used by Domuţa climate index (water, air humidity, air temperature, light) in comparison with de Martonne aridity index (water, air temperature).
