摘要
Nylon 6/66 copolymer with 0-10wt% content of hexamethylene adipamide salt (AH-salt) was prepared by melt polycondensation. It was found that the comprehensive performance of the copolymer was the best with 8wt% content of AH-salt through the test of tensile properties and bibulous rate. Compared with the performance of nylon 6 under the same condition, the elongation at break was increased by 131.04% (the stretching rate was 30mm•min -1 ) to 274.41%, the tensile strength increased by 19.38% to 64.68MPa, and the bibulous rate was decreased by 8.58% to 2.14%.
