摘要
Glassy AsSeI has been crystallized as polycrystalline boules and the surface studies of AsSeI have also been done using scanning electron microscopic analysis. Crystallization of AsSeI depends on the time of isothermal annealing. Microhardness studies have also been reported on polycrystalline AsSeI.
