This study analyzes the impact of gamification in primary education, exploring its benefits, challenges, and applicability in the teaching-learning process. Based on a sample of 55 teachers, a validated questionnaire was applied to assess their perception of gamification and its influence on student motivation, participation, and academic performance. The results indicate that most teachers believe that the use of ludic strategies enhances knowledge acquisition, strengthens student interest, and contributes to a more dynamic learning environment. However, challenges were also identified, such as the lack of teacher training and resistance to moving away from traditional methodologies. It is concluded that the implementation of gamification in the classroom should be accompanied by teacher training and strategies that balance intrinsic and extrinsic motivation to ensure its effectiveness.
