摘要
Objective This article attempts to comprehensively review all literature on traditional Chinese medicine monomers for the treatment of cervical cancer(CC) to date, with a focus on exploring their mechanisms of action and future prospects in the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer. Method A computer was used to search for relevant literature from databases such as PubMed, Medline, and CNKI up to now. The search keywords were "cervical cancer, traditional Chinese medicine monomers (TCM) and mechanisms". Literature that matched this article was selected for sorting, summarizing, and summarizing. Result and Conclusion The development and transfer of CC is a complex process involving many signaling pathways. Although significant progress has been made in the treatment of CC, there are still some adverse reactions, including infection, bone marrow suppression, and hematotoxicity. Therefore, there is an urgent need to develop new, effective, safe, and affordable anti CC drugs. Traditional Chinese medicine monomers have attracted increasing attention in the field of anti CC research due to their advantages such as easy extraction, safety, low toxicity, and minimal side effects. Traditional Chinese medicine monomers act on multiple targets through various mechanisms, not only inhibiting the growth, proliferation, invasion, and migration of CC cells, but also promoting their apoptosis.
