A Case of a Bumpy Retina

A 77-year-old male had 3 months of progressive vision decline in the left eye. Dilated fundus examination revealed diffuse hyperpigmented lesions involving the macula and superior fundus that corresponded to areas of nodular retinal pigment epithelium thickening on optical coherence tomography.
