摘要
We present a weak-force piezocatalytic approach, where magnetic stirring activates MoS2 to generate reactive oxygen species, initiating net-oxidative transformations. In the presence of a minimal amount of Cu(OAc)2, arylglycines undergo an aerobic decarboxylation, leading to aminomethyl radicals that participate in subsequent cyclization or coupling processes. This piezocatalytic protocol distinguishes itself by its simplicity, eliminating the need for a specialized apparatus to generate a strong mechanical force and offers other advantages including the recyclability of the piezocatalyst, an aqueous solution, and mild conditions.
