Acute Effects of Sigma Receptor Ligand Haloperidol onElectrogram in Rat Isolated Heart Following RepeatedHaloperidol Treatment

The effects of sigma receptor ligand haloperidol after three weeks treatment with this drug were studied in isolated rat hearts perfused according to Langendorff. Significant attenuation of arrhythmogenic effect of acute exposition to haloperidol in chronically treated animals was observed.
