Study on the Heat-treatment Process of the Wear-resistant Ductile Iron with Bainite and Martensite

The influence of midia quench?austenitizing temperature and tempering temperature on the structure and properties of the wear resistant ductile iron with bainite and martensite was studied through the experiments.The appropriate heat treatment process was chosen and the excellent properties were obtained.The rockwell hardness:50～55 HRC,the impact toughness a K :8～15J/cm 2.And the impact fatigue life of φ 80 mm mill ball reached 20000 times(dropping times of dropping ballexperiment).
