Development and Application of SSRF Soft X-ray Spectromicroscopy Beamline

This paper introduces the synchrotron radiation facilites and the third synchrotron radiation light sources at home and abroad,reviews the development of soft X-ray spectromicroscopy beamline(STXM),and presents the development of Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility and STXM.The application of STXM is previewed,and it is playing a positive role for opening up the new science,new fields.
