Effect of Yongxue Jiedu Decoction in Serum IFN-γ TNF-α and IL-6 Levels of Xuere Types Syndrome of Psoriasis

Objective:To asses drug pharmacological mechanisms,the effects of Yangxue Jiedu in serum cytokines(interleukin,IL-6;interferon,INF-γand tumor necrosis factor,TNF-α)levels in patients of psoriasis were investigated.Methods:Randomly selected 39 xuezao types syndrome of psoriasis were treated with Yangxue Jiedu decoction for two months in treating group,and 30 healthy cases were as a normal control group,and serum IL-6 and IFN-γ,TNF-αlevel change were observed before and after treament.Results:The serum reducing IL-6 and IFN-γlevels were observed in treated by Liangxue Jidu patients of psoriasis(P≤0.01),TNF-αlevel change tend to reduce.Conclusion:The study suggested that Yangxue Jiedu decoction Yangxuerunzao,Huoxuetongluo pharmacological effect,reducing serm IL-6,IFN-γ,TNF-α content in psoriasis of xuezao types syndrome of patients with normal immune regulation trends.
