On the Women's Time Allocation and Institutional Influence Factors from Perspective of Life Cycle——Taking Heilongjiang Province for Example

By the research on the characteristics and differences of males and females ' paid work time,and allocation of housework time and leisure time from perspective of life cycle,the author finds the below trends in the process of industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization in Heilongjiang Province: women's paid work time shortens,housework time increases and leisure time decreases,especially,it's becoming more and more difficult for married women to reconcile work,family and personal development.The institutional factors that have a profound impact on female time allocation and welfare changes are revealed in this paper and their causes are taken into consideration from the family division of labor and women's personal choice to the social system level.
