摘要
Objective To implement the health management for diabetes patients,and to explore the effective management pattern for the patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods Totally 120 randomly selected outpatients with diabetes mellitus were divided into intervention group(n=60) and control group(n=60).Questionnaire investigation and health examination were conducted in these patients.The patients of intervention group were intervened for 3 months,including lectures twice every week,consultation,mental help,compiling the personal health file,and making up the personal intervention scheme respectively,etc.The examination indexes were body height,weight,twist to hip ratio,blood pressure,fasting plasma glucose,post-challenge plasma glucose,Hba1c,etc.After 3 months health management intervention,questionnaire investigation and health examination were conducted again in the patients of the two groups.Results After 3 months health management intervention for the intervention group,BMI,blood pressure,Hba1c,FPG,post-challenge plasma glucose of intervention group were significantly decreased,and there were statistically significant differences in the changes of Hba1c,FPG,and post-challenge plasma glucose(P0.05).The score of living quality in intervention group was decreased,and the change difference showed statistically significant(P0.05);but the score of living quality in control group was increased as compared with that three months ago.Conclusions After the normal health management,the examination indexes of intervention group are better than those of control group,and the difference is statistically significant between the two groups.The results speak volumes for the diabetes health management is very important and effective.Diabetes health management pattern is worth using widely and further studying.
