摘要
AIM: To select the peptide binding to human transferring receptor (hTfR) from phage display 12 peptides library. METHODS: Using the hTfR as the target protein, peptides that could bind with high affinity to hTfR were selected from the phage display 12 peptides library by biopaning. Then, phage ELISA, flow cytometry (FCM) and immonohistochemistry were employed to detect whether the selected phage could bind to hTfR and the cells possessing high expression of hTfR. RESULTS: A phage with peptide SPRPRHTLRLSL was selected. Phage ELISA, FCM and immonohistochemistry indicated that this phage could bind to hTfR and the cells possessing high expression of hTfR. CONCLUSION: A novel peptide was identified, which can bind to hTfR and probably can be used in target drug delivery system.
