Reduction of Unstable Trochanteric Fractures.

Stability of trochanteric fracture were obtain with anatomic reduction and media 1 support. In oder to stability of trocha nteric fractures we thought that anatomic reduction were needed.We had treated 29 trochanteric fractures at 1989. All fractures were gave attent iond to amatomic reduction. As a result, in unstable trochanteric fractures antomic ruduction were obtaind only two cases. To obtain satabitity the inner cortical buttless had never been disturbed.
