Selection of hardfacing materials of hot roller and microstructure properties of hardfacing layers

The hardfacing and heat treatment of hardfacing layers were conducted with two different hot roller hardfacing materials. The hardness,wear－ resistance and chemical composition of hardfacing layers were detemined. The microstructures were observed by optical and SEM. All these give experimental foundation on choosing different hardfacing materials and technology.
