Determination of the Relative Composition of Sb and Te in Sb-Te Thermoelectric Alloy Films by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

The relative composition measurement of antimony(Sb) and tellurium(Te) was carried out in the flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).The antimony telluride alloy films was dissolved by(1+1)HNO_3 at room temperature.The recovery is 96%—105% and the RSD is 0.4%—4.4%.The method is simple and reliable with high precision and accuracy.
