Investigation for the reason and responsibility of a traffic accident

Based on the investigation and on the spot inspection to a traffic accident ,research on the process of collision vehicles with the help of principle of mechanics. The reason, which caused the traffic accident, was understood and the responsibility of the accident was clear.
