Arranging mechanism of multi-wire cutting machine is to walk the line system normal operation of main body,there is the guide wire tension fluctuation caused by the defects of wire breaking for the traditional of wire arranging mechanism,this paper introduces a kind of new design method,through the establishment of pulley tension angle model,deduced from the relations of tension and wrap angle size and the coefficient of friction.By the guide wheel and the pulley of relative position geometrical,deduced from the tension of steel wire and wrap angle and design parameters of the formula of relation between L1,H.Optimization method is used to determine the best geometric position between the idler pulley and the pulley,which makes the tension fluctuation minimization.Facilitates line roller wire will be gradually transited to the take-up roller.The stable and ordered operation of the take-up system is ensured.
