ON CHINESE THOUGHT OF AESTHETICS OF THE UGLY

This paper analyzes the producing, developing of Chinese aesthetical thoughts of the ugly and its differences from the Westerners'. It also puts forward an important problem being neglected in the history of aesthetics that the aesthetics of the ugly should be established in China.
