Analytical 1-solitons in a nonlinear medium with higher-order dispersion and nonlinearities

This work presents the soliton dynamics in optical fiber with higher order dispersion and nonlinearities. The generalized nonlinear Schrödinger equation, which describes the ultrashort pulses propagate through a nonlinear medium, has been investigated. By means of ansatz approach, analytical bright, dark, and singular solitons are reported.
