A simple, repeatable and highly stable self-powered solar-blind photoelectrochemical-type photodetector using amorphous Ga2O3 films grown on 3D carbon fiber paper

A new type of self-powered solar-blind photoelectrochemical-type photodetector based on 3D a-Ga 2 O 3 /CFP core–shell structures was obtained. The device is simple, low cost, and has high reproducibility, and extreme stability.
