A Novel Case of Clofazimine-Induced Purple Nasal Mucosal Discoloration

This case report describes a woman in her 70s with a history of Mycobacterium abscessus pulmonary infection refractory to multiple medication regimens over the preceding decade who presented with clofazimine-induced purple nasal mucosal discoloration.
