Association of Treatment With Secukinumab With Exacerbation of Dermatomyositis in a Patient With Psoriasis

This case report describes a woman in her 20s with a history of psoriasis and juvenile dermatomyositis who presented for management of worsening psoriasis at a time when her juvenile dermatomyositis had been in remission for several years.
