摘要
The oxide nanoparticles were successfully formed in the nanopores of SBA‐15 powder and thin film. The nanoparticles of NdMnO3 synthesized in the nanopores of SBA‐15 showed higher magnetic transition temperature as compared to the bulk crystals. This is a unique nano‐size effect and reverse behavior for usual size effects. The SBA‐15 thin films were also formed on Si substrate with controlling the pore size, and by the X‐ray reflectivity method the film structure and pore size were evaluated. Furthermore, the formation of TiO2 nanoparticles‐contained SBA‐15 thin film was demonstrated and optical reflectance measurement indicated the absorption by TiO2 nanoparticles in SBA‐15 film.
