Electrochemical Synthesis of Polypyrrole Films Containing TiO2 Powder Particles

Electrochemical synthesis of polypyrrole with incorporated has been undertaken by electrolysis of pyrrole in the presence of illuminated in ethanol and by electrolysis of pyrrole in the presence of aqueous suspensions containing a small amount of electrolyte anions. Successful results have been obtained for electrolysis in the presence of a small amount of electrolyte anions such as and I − which specifically adsorb onto particle surfaces.
