Design of die-casting die with no-ejector mechanism

Ejecting mechanism is a difficulty in design of die-casting die.A die without ejecting mechanism was designed;its simplified structure,working principle and technological parameters were discussed and the force and spacing of core-pulling was determined according to computing result.Practice showed that the die was feasible in structure and high in production efficiency.
