Serological Investigation on Canine Distemper Infection in Zhengzhou

To understand epidemic condition of canine distemper in Zhengzhou,and to provide reference basis for the prevention of canine distemper.480 dogs serum samples from Zhengzhou were detected for the level of antibody against by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),the result showed that the average positive rate was 16.04%,and the dog under 3 years old was 13.13%,the dog above 3 years old was 2.91%.The morbidity of the canine distemper was still high,the positive rate was the highest in the dog under 3 years old,so attention should be paid to canine distemper,and prevent the spread of canine distemper.
