Synthesis and Application of Diethylene Glycol Dimethyl Ether

Various synthetic methods of dietnylene glycol dimethyl ether were discussed and etherition of diethylene glycol monomethyl ether with MeCl was the optimum technological route at present. The application of dietnylene glycol dimethyl ether in various fields were introduced in this article.
