Determination of Amino Acids and Inorganic Elements in the leaves of Zea mays L.

To determine amino acids and inorganic elements in the leaves of zea mays L.,amino acids in leaves of zea mays L.were determined by the amino acid analyzer,and inorganic elements in leaves of zea mays L.were determined by ICP-AES.The result showed that there were 17 amino acids and 12 kind of inorganic elements in leaves of zea mays L.,and it provide a basis for the medical exploitation of the leaves of zea mays L..
