Technology Process Research of Pleurotusferulae Liquid Culture Collection

In this article,Exploring different carbon source and nitrogen sources,effect on liquid fermentation and the best carbon source and nitrogen source and cultivation condition are informed.The result shows that the best carbon source is glucose 1.5%,cornmeal 3%.The best nitrogen source is peptone 0.2%,soybean powder 2%.The best fermentation condition is following :pH6.5,rounds number 210r/min;liquid amount of culture medium 80ml/250ml,inoculation amount 10%.
