3 case of perirenal urinoma and literature review

Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of perirenal urinoma.Methods 3 cases of perivenal urinoma were reported.The pathogenesis,clinical manefestation,diagnosis and treatment were studied and discucced with literature review.Results The 3 patients all had history of kidney or ureter damage with sonography,CT,IVU examination,the cases were diagnosed as cystoid bump.6 months～2 years after surgery,the patients showed no evidence of recurrence.Conclusion The preoperative diagnosis of perirenal urinoma depended on sonography,combined with CT,IVU or RPG.Based on kidney and ureter obstruction,form of kidney and ureter fistula,different therapy should be adopted to achieve satisfactory results.
