To easily recycle and reuse Candida rugosa lipase with excellent catalytic properties,4 types of anionic ion exchange resins and 4 types of macroporous resins from the Chemical Factory of Nankai University were screened as the carriers to immobilize the Candida rugosa lipase by adsorption.The results show that the lipase immobilized on resin AB-8 has the highest specific activity.The optimal conditions of immobilization are buffer pH=7.2,adsorption time 1 h and mass ratio of carrier to lipase 10 ∶1.Compared with the free enzyme,the immobilized lipase loses 30% of activity,but its stability is improved by 60%.
