[The effect of the extracellular matrix on the adhesion and proliferation of epidermocytes in culture].

The influence of types I, III collagen and fibronectin on cultured epidermocytes was studied. The extracellular matrix in vitro stimulated not only adhesion, but also cell proliferation. The highest degree of epidermocytic proliferation on fibronectin matrix was observed.
