To investigate the diagnostic value of combined detection of AFP,TBA,GGT and ALT in primary hepatocellular carcinoma(PHC),the serum AFP,TBA,GGT and ALT levels in 67 PHC patients,42 liver cirrhosis patients,93 HBV patients and 71 healthy controls were detected. The results showed that the serum AFP,TBA,GGT and ALT levels in the PHC group and liver cirrhosis group had significant difference(P0.05) compared with the normal control group, and the positive rate of PHC group and liver cirrhosis group also showed significant difference(P0.05).The PHC and liver cirrhosis group had the highest positive rate,94.03% for PHC group and 90.48% for liver cirrhosis group. The positive rate of PHC and diagnostic value of PHC can be improved by combined detection of AFP and TBA,GGT and ALT.
