摘要
[Objective] The aim was to study the antioxidative activity of fucoidin PFS-2 from Laminaria japonica.[Method] With Vc as control,the spectrophotometry was adopted to study the radical scavenging effect and reducing capacity of fucoidin PFS-2.[Result] PFS-2 had certain scavenging effects on DPPH,hydroxyl and superoxide anion radicals,and the scavenging efficiency strengthened with the enlarging solution concentration,the scavenging effect of PFS-2 was lower than that of Vc.PFS-2 had significant scavenging effect on hydroxyl with the maximum scavenging rate of 89.66%.[Conclusion] The study provided scientific basis for developing PFS-2 medicines and functional food from Laminaria japonica.
