The Research on Melt-grafting Technology of HDPE Grafted Maleic Anhydride Adhesive Resin

HDPE grafted maleic anhydride adhesive resin was prepared.The grafting technology was studied.The result found that the content of maleic anhydride and DCP,as well as time had an effect on the adhesive property.The grafting reaction carried out fully when mixing time reached at 8 min,when content of MAH,DCP reached 1.5 phr and 0.1 phr respectively,the grafting ratio reached at the maximum 0.815%,and the comprehensive adhesive property was the best.
