Clicinal effect of phaco-emulsification with intraocular lens implantation through surface anaesthesia

Objective:To investigate effect of phaco-emulsification with intraocular lens implantation through surface anaesthesia.Methods:One hundred and one cases(one hundred and seven eyes)with cataract undrwent phacoemulsification with intracocular lens implantation though surface anaesthesia.Results:Compared to routine anaesthesia,phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation through surface anaesthesia has advantages of low operative complications and rapidly postsurgical recover.Conclusion:Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation by experienced doctor is effective and safe though surface anaesthesia.
