Study on the Synthesis and Properties of Acrylate Pigment Printing Thickener

Acrylate pigment printing thickener was prepared by inverse emulsion polymerization of dodecyl acrylate and crylic acid.The effects of active monomer,cross-linker concentration,and reaction time on the properties of thickener were studied.The result showed that when active monomer was 0.5mol%,cross-linker was 0.3w% and reaction time was 1.5 h,and the properties of thickener were good.
