Klima třídy v kontextu práce sociálního pedagoga v základní škole

The diploma thesis deals with the classroom climate in the context of a social pedagogue in a primary school. Firstly, the theoretical part deals with basic education, primary school and school class as a social group. Subsequently, attention is paid to the classroom climate and other terms such as school climate, classroom climate actors, classroom climate diagnostics and positive classroom climate. At the end of the theoretical part, the profession of social pedagogue is introduced, including his competencies and job description in a primary school. The practical part focuses on the finding and description of the climate in the 7th and 8th grade of the primary school from the perspective of its pupils and on the description of the intervention of the social pedagogue in the climate of these classes. This part of the diploma thesis applies mixed research carried out by a questionnaire survey and a semi-structured interview.
