摘要
A quad phase-staggered digital pixel sensor with a $1.494 \mu \mathrm{m}$ pixel pitch featuring a 1.09 e-rms RN, delivering a total resolution of 12 MP composed of four 3 MP sub-frames is presented. A single ADC is shared by a $2 \times 2$ pixels sequentially digitized, enabling optical flow extraction using two-stage deep burst super-resolution framework that incorporates a U-Net-based Quad-Bayer Re-mosaic module, extending the 12 MP resolution up to 48 MP while providing de-noising, motion compensation.
