摘要
Wearable strain sensors have significant applications in important domains such as electronic skin, personalized health monitoring, and human–computer interaction. A prevailing objective in numerous research initiatives is to achieve a balance between high sensitivity and stretchability. A strain sensor that integrates a stretchable wrinkled structure with a highly sensitive microcrack sensor to address this is developed. This sensor employs wrinkled microstructures, constructed by thermally depositing a gold film onto a flexible substrate. Due to its unique microstructural design, the sensor demonstrates a maximum strain of 75% and a gauge factor reaching 6657. Additionally, the sensor exhibits outstanding mechanical stability, maintaining consistent performance through 1000 stretching–releasing cycles. The application of this wrinkle structure strain sensor in human motion tracking, physiological signal monitoring, and speech recognition is validated. These findings underscore its practical value in wearable technology and offer novel insights for the advancement of next‐generation wearable electronic devices.
